I started working out with Rebecca from Build it for Life at a point when I had reached the highest weight of my life. As her client, I can tell she truly wants the best for me and believes in me even when I don’t believe in myself. There are times when the workouts feel too tough and achieving my goal feels impossible, but Rebecca reminds me that if it were easy, everyone would be in the best shape of their lives and encourages me to keep going. Thanks to her positive attitude and her workout techniques, I’ve gained the confidence and strength, and I’ve lost 18 pounds! I now know I can achieve what I set my mind to and I can’t wait to reach my goals with Build it for Life.
