I have always believed that being active and fit is a lifestyle choice. As a fitness trainer, I constantly hear the excuse of “not having enough time” …to exercise …to meal prep …to take care of your body. As a new mom, my amount of time has drastically shrunk. However, I still feel strongly that there are still pockets of time for exercise. My goal is to help people figure out how to fit it in …the exercise, ….the meal prep, ….the taking care of yourself. We lead busy lives. We work hard. We deserve to take care of our bodies. We deserve to fuel our bodies with good food. In fact, I argue that we will be better mothers and care-takers if we take care of ourselves first. I specialize in core strength and rehab, mommy + me style boot camps, pre- and post-natal fitness, body weight exercises, High Intense Interval Training, and TRX suspension straps.
