One of the biggest excuses for not exercising is time.

"I don't have enough time for it"

We want to call out your bluff. Is it really that you don't have the time? Or are you not scheduling it in? You do have time to watch the latest Scandal episode. You have time to take the kids to soccer practice, and get your haircut. Somehow, you even manage to fit in dentist appointments and double dates. Are you really battling time or is it schedule?

One of the best ways to make sure you get in some exercise is to schedule it into your busy schedule. Write it down. Put your meal planning on there as well.

If you can fill your calendar with all the appointments of the month, why can't you add an hour here or there for meal prep and some workouts? Start with just 30 minutes 3 times a week that you can put on the calendar. You'll see how easy it is to find time to plan out your meals and exercise when it's actually written down. In addition to having made time for it, you will have to look at it. You will look at the calendar where all your other appointments are, and you will know you planned 30 minutes of time to take care of your body. We know you can do this. We believe in you.
