It has already started to get pretty warm this summer, and that means shorts….swim suits…tank tops, etc. What do we do about our abs!??

We've got to WORK them! This isn't a one time exercise. It's not a weekly endeavor. It's a DAILY commitment.

Everyday, for the entire summer, we want you to make a decision to do something specifically for your abs. We're thinking planks, crunches, bicycles, using an ab roller, leg raises, mountain climbers, you name it! Not sure what any of those exercises are? Stay tuned to Build it for Life's blog and we will be sure to help! Make the pledge today to do an ab exercise everyday for the rest of summer! You deserve it!
