Recently, we talked about starting new habits. We know it can be tricky, and it is easy to say, "I can't do it." Negatives in life are always easy. The negatives are not worth it though. The hard, less travelled path, can lead to such great rewards! Maybe you're not ready for the big change just yet, but can you take just one step? An inch closer to being ready. Make a list of your active minded friends…that puts you one step closer to being able to call them and invite them for a run, or work-out, or hike, etc. Do a google search for the closest gym to work…..finding a gym close to work means you are more likely to go there BEFORE getting home and sitting on the couch. Set up a fitness assessment with your favorite local personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Write down everything you ate today. You have got to start somewhere. You will be so happy when you do. You deserve this change.
