December's Challenge

"Tis the season to be jolly…" said every christmas cookie, glass of egg nog, mug of hot chocolate, and square of carmel. Are we going to let our holiday parties and cheer get the best of us??

We sure hope not. So let's start today. Starting today, commit to this challenge.

Everyday, from now until New Years, we challenge you to complete the 50-1:

50 push-ups
40 crunches
30 burpees
20 squat jumps
10 dips
1 minute plank

These numbers do not have to be completed all in one sitting, but hopefully they will stop you from sitting! How many times have you seen the movie Elf? Do you really need to sit down during the entire movie? Or can you get up and MOVE! Complete your 50-1! Keep moving this season so you don't gain the holiday 10!
