The 80/80 Challenge

It may not seem like it, but summer is about to creep up on us. Summer is the season for tank tops, swim suits, exposed back tops, shorts…need I say more?

Our skin is about the be very exposed. To help prepare you for this wonderful season (and help me get ready for my wedding!), I am challenging YOU and ANYONE you know to an 80/80 challenge. For the next 80 days (starting Tuesday, March 14th), I challenge you to do 80 push-ups and 80 squats every single day.

These push-ups and squats do not need to be completed all at once. You can break them up into groups of 10, or 20, or however you would like. Try your best not to miss a day, but if you do…you can always make up those 80/80 over the course of the next week.

Anyone who completes this challenge without missing a day for the full 80 days will receive a gift of my choosing.
