Recently, I was reading up on Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Detox (1).
I stumbled across her Chia Pudding Recipe and decided to try it without the coconut sugar. I immediately got hooked! Not only is it delicious, it's filling!! I have it for breakfast almost everyday.
Here is how you make it:
1. Combine 1/4 cup chia seeds with 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.
2. Stir immediately.
3. Leave out for 30-60 minutes, stirring every so often.
4. Put in fridge and enjoy!
For my breakfast, I also add 1 tsp Maca Powder and 1/8 cup of nuts.
