When I first started training with Rebecca, my initial goals were relatively simple – I wanted to become a little stronger and a little leaner, nothing more and nothing less. Nearly six months later, I can say having Rebecca as my trainer has improved my overall wellness far greater than I initially imagined.
Holding true to my initial goals, Rebecca provided me with workout regimens that helped me build strength and have a more fit physique. She has also advised me on nutrition and healthy, clean eating to get me to my desired results.
Overall, I have been most appreciative of her influence on my lifestyle. Today, I am stronger and eat healthier, but I also live a more active and energetic life thanks to Rebecca’s continued support and encouragement.
