Rebecca is an exceptional trainer. I had never before considered working with a personal trainer, but after taking kickboxing and pilates classes with Rebecca, I felt comfortable trying a session with her. That session was the beginning of a journey that in just over a month has transformed my life. Working with Rebecca has made me stronger and more confident. She combines knowledge, passion, and encouragement in ways that have inspired me to work harder than I thought I could. And her support has gone much beyond physical exercise. The tools she has given me have helped me reduce stress from work and life; I am eating better, sleeping better, and am better able to deal with the challenges that inevitably come our way. Every workout with Rebecca is a wonderful challenge, and she provides new tools each week that I can use to continue working to reach my goals. She is wonderful.
